The 2021 Fall Convention & Tradeshow will be hosted this year at the Edmonton EXPO Centre, which is participating in the Government of Alberta’s Restriction Exemption ProgramAs such, there are several rules that will be followed to ensure the event is safe for all.

To enter the facility, you will need to show proof of vaccination in the form of the QR code available at The code will be the only proof of vaccination accepted after November 15, 2021. Albertans can download, screenshot, or print it. If you do not have access to cell phones or computers, you can get a printed QR code at any registry.

If you are unvaccinated, there will be on-site testing during the event. The cost of the testing will be the responsibility of the attendee to pay. Credit cards will be accepted.

Once inside the facility, face masks will be required. A face mask is a medical or non-medical mask that covers a person’s nose, mouth, and chin. The Government of Alberta does not consider face shields to be an acceptable alternative to a mask and may not be worn on their own. You may remove your masks only when eating or drinking in designated areas.
